Magnificent ancient monuments, the Pyramid of Hellenikon, the Acropolis of Larissa, the bridge of Kazarma, the ancient Agora, the Asclepieion, the ancient Theatre of Epidaurus with its amazing acoustics, together with imposing monuments from medieval and modern times, such as the Castle of Argos, the innumerable Byzantine churches and monasteries, the magnificent neoclassical buildings, they altogether compose the unique character of Argos.
