Gelos Konstantinos suggests Palermo salad with rοcket salad, mozzarella, parmesan and caramelized cherry tomatoes or/and Messina salad with rocket salad, grilled chicken, yellow peppers, marzipan, marinated currant with orange juice and cοgnac, combined with honey mustard sauce. Select from appetizers mushrooms filled with bacon, red pepper, wine & garlic, parmesan or/and Italian pie with prosciutto, mozzarella, slices of parmesan, cherry tomatoes with red wine. Finally from pasta dishes Papardelle with truffle pasta, porcini mushrooms and shrimp finished with red wine or/and penne with prosciutto, porcini mushrooms, zucchini, with white wine & cream sauce. Risotto with mushrooms, truffle pasta and parmesan.
