Fresh Pasta – Skioufihta With Seafood

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 300 gr. Fresh pasta Moraitika
  • 800 gr. Water
  • 2 tablespoon Greek olive oil Ell1a
  • 1/2 Florina red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil with garlic
  • 8 cherry tomatoes Papandrianos
  • 100 gr. crab meat
  • 100 gr. mussels
  • 100 gr. boiled octopus
  • 100ml heavy cream 35%
  • 50ml ouzo Mavraki
  • 10 shrimps
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For serving

  • 1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • Lime
  • Pepper
  • Greek olive oil Ell1a

Recipe Procedure

  • In a saucepan with boiling water add salt, and boil the fresh pasta Moraitika, 2 minutes less than the instructions on the package.
  • Place a pan on high heat to burn.
  • Put the peeled shrimp in a bowl and add salt and 2 tablespoon Greek olive oil Ell1a.
  • Transfer the shrimps into the hot pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they get a nice color and then remove.
  • Put the squid slices in the same pan after we having done the same process with the shrimps, for 1-2 minutes and then remove them.
  • Put the mussels in the same pan for 2-3 minutes and the octopus for 1 minute and then remove.
  • Put all the seafood in the same pan, add a little garlic oil and then quench with Mavraki ouzo.
  • Put the peppers, the cream and as soon as the sauce starts to set, add the pasta Moraitika, the crab and finally the Papandrianos tomatoes.
  • Serve with lime zest, Ell1a olive oil, pepper and dill.
