Fresh Pasta – Skioufihta With Seafood
Ingredients for 2 persons
300 gr. Fresh pasta
Moraitika
800 gr. Water
2 tablespoon Greek olive oil
Ell1a
1/2 Florina red pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil with garlic
8 cherry tomatoes
Papandrianos
100 gr. crab meat
100 gr. mussels
100 gr. boiled octopus
100ml heavy cream 35%
50ml ouzo
Mavraki
10 shrimps
Salt
Pepper
For serving
1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
Lime
Pepper
Greek olive oil

Recipe Procedure
In a saucepan with boiling water add salt, and boil the fresh pasta

, 2 minutes less than the instructions on the package.
Place a pan on high heat to burn.
Put the peeled shrimp in a bowl and add salt and 2 tablespoon Greek olive oil

Put the peppers, the cream and as soon as the sauce starts to set, add the pasta

Serve with lime zest, Ell1a olive oil, pepper and dill.
